List (GET) available server templates in current datacenter.

• data.full (boolean) – Return list of objects with all template details (default: false)
• data.order_by (string) – Available fields for sorting: name (default: name)

• 404 Not Found – Datacenter not found

Show (GET), create (POST) or delete (DELETE) a server template (name) association with a datacenter (dc).
